3. Commitment to Ministry

 

The third level is Commitment to Ministry.  This level trains a member to discover and use his spiritual gifts in fulfilling the mission of the church and eventually discover his personal mission in life. 

 

The most important work of the pastor and team leader is to train and equip members to carry out the Gospel Commission by using their spiritual gifts.  When members of the church are involved in exercising their gifts, the church will grow stronger spiritually.  Christians should be trained to serve Christ by exercising the spiritual gifts God has given them. 

 

Every member should continue exercising their gifts to the point that the Lord multiplies them.  This will result in lives being transformed.  Every member’s ministry is integrated with making more disciples for the kingdom.

 

The class courses below provide the soul-winning knowledge and the “on the job equipping and training” to effectively win people for Jesus as a disciple.
